Closing the Gender Pay Gap
Women's Equality Day, as designated by Congress in 1971, commemorates the passage of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, granting the right to vote to women. Today, Women’s Equality Day gives us an opportunity to reflect on the continuing struggle for equality in the workplace and the role of women in public life. "Closing the Gender Pay Gap" will feature high-impact efforts of leading organizations that are actively working to close the gender pay gap and increase gender diversity in leadership roles.
